Montgomery College to Hold a Parent/Student Night, May 14
Montgomery College is hosting a parent/student night at its Rockville Campus on Tuesday, May 14, in the Physical Education Center from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Doors will open at 5 p.m. High school students—especially seniors who are planning on attending Montgomery College in the fall—and their parents are encouraged to attend. Information will be available on the College’s enrollment process, as well as financial aid and scholarship opportunities. The event will include a breakout session on financing a college education, as well as separate sessions for parents and Spanish speakers. Student services representatives will be on hand to answer questions. The College’s Admissions, Financial Aid, and Counseling and Advising Offices are open until 7 p.m. in case attendees need to visit a specific department for more detailed service. The normal fee for application to the College will be waived during this event. To RSVP and for more information, go to www.montgomerycollege.edu/admissions/openhouse.
